This June we are hosting the 31st Annual Bump n’ Grind at Oak Mountain State Park with a weekend full of racing and good times. We are kicking things off with pre-ride shuttles and welcome events at the South Trailhead on Friday. Enduro and Short Track races are held Saturday, and we wrap things up Sunday with Cross Country racing.

Registration for Bump n Grind XXXI will be opening on February 1, 2025. We are utilizing block pricing, so the earlier you register the cheaper it will be!

Did you know it takes over 40 volunteers and more than 160 volunteer hours to put on an event? We always need help with all types of positions each day ranging from course marking to trash clean up. If you are available and would like to be part of the action, sign up today!
